SERVICE AT YOUR DOOR STEP : The company has plans to provide service, spares and consumables to its customers at their doorsteps at short notices. We have already started short listing potential parties in this area for the purpose of appointing them as our franchises. These franchises would be trained to replicate the service standards set by our Principals. We have service centers at Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Kolkatta, Ahmedabad and Bangalore to provide prompt after sales service. We are in the process of opening more offices in other major cities in the country.

TRAINING TO HOSPITAL PERSONNEL : We will provide training to the hospital personnel for operation and maintenance of the device. The major points to be covered during the training are as follows.

  • Our representative will acquaint you with functions and special feature of the device
  • The disposal plan to be followed.
  • The mandatory safety and performance checkup.
  • The guide lines regarding waste collection
  • The maintenance and cleaning of the equipment which has to be done at regular intervals daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly.

AVAILABILITY OF SPARES AND CONSUMABLES : To ensure prompt services the spares and consumables are available off the shelf with the company as and when required.

CONSUMABLES : In order to provide value for money to our esteemed customers we have developed consumables in India. These consumables meet the stringent quality requirements as laid down by our Principals. The consumables developed in India have been extensively tested in the factory by Meteka GmbH, Austria.
